We are currently seeking an inspiring, confident, and ambitious individual to join the Movado Company Store team as a Part-Time Sales Associate at the Tanger Outlets in Deer Park, NY. Roles and Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, establishing rapport with customers, achieving or exceeding individual sales goals as established by the Store Manager, developing comprehensive expertise and knowledge about the merchandise, merchandising product in accordance with Company guidelines, maintaining a neat, clean, and professional working environment while monitoring merchandise to ensure accurate ticketing and proper display, following all security and loss prevention procedures in accordance with corporate policies, servicing watches including sizing and battery changes as needed, and supporting the store with any additional tasks as needed. The ideal candidate has strong selling skills and experience, particularly in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, and/or luxury retail. They are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates should have a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and ensure store objectives are achieved. Benefits include competitive compensation, employee discounts, 401K, and more, including an hourly rate starting at $16.50 and commission on all sales.
