POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Shared Services Intern to join our team and support ongoing process improvement initiatives and HR project execution. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, project management, and continuous improvement within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Assist HR Project Managers in planning, tracking, and executing HR Shared Services projects Support process mapping and documentation Schedule project meetings, capturing notes and action items Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data Contribute to the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Support change management and communication efforts related to HR initiatives Regular and reliable attendance required Other duties as assigned EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field P.A of 3.0 or higher preferred Strong interest in HR operations, process improvement, and project management Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment IPG is an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity, inclusion and equity at our company.
