The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Systems and Data Analyst to join the team in either Seattle, WA; Tukwila, WA; Everett, WA; Renton, WA; Kent, WA; or Auburn, WA.

This Systems and Data Analyst will have an expertise in Full Stack Development , and Extract, Transform, Load/Extract Load Transform (ETL)/(ELT) data pipelines. Design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge systems for businesses and clients within a complex, high-precision airplane manufacturing environment for Data Platform Operations. You will be responsible for ensuring for current architecture, stable operations, data lineage and incident management for Complex data systems, driving Operational Excellence by ensuring integrity, scalability, security and performance of data systems.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end system architectures that align with business needs and industry standards

  • Implement and support secure full-stack applications, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance

  • Assess, mitigate, and improve cybersecurity frameworks to protect systems and data integrity

  • Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, traceability, and regulatory compliance (e.g. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA))

  • Evaluates products to assess suitability for integration into delivery system environments

  • Lead cross-functional collaborations between engineering, operations, and business teams to achieve technical excellence

  • Provide technical leadership in solution designs, architecture reviews, and system improvements

  • Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing business infrastructure

  • Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and cybersecurity best practices with emphasis on Automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven continual process improvements leveraging data insights

  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience working in the Information Technology (IT) field

  • 5+ years of experience developing data pipelines

  • 3+ years of experience with ETL (extract-transform-load)

  • Experience coding in SQL, Python, Java, or R

  • Experience using CSS, JavaScript, and HTML

  • Experience with cyber security

  • Experience collaborating with internal partners to meet business goals and objectives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience working in the Information Technology (IT) field

  • Certifications in Cyber Security, Cloud Architecture, or related fields

  • Certification in Data Governance and Data Strategy

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

  • Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code

  • Experience in agile methodologies and working within product-driven teams

  • Experience in data security and compliance

  • Experience with strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to solve problems with critical thinking and a strategic approach

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $118,150 - $159,850
