Location: PORTLAND, OR or SEATTLE, WA Role Overview Our Systems Integrators are responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all assigned projects. They interface with diverse environments and technologies across our customer base, working closely with Support Services and Business Services teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure visibility and customer satisfaction. They represent Convergence Professional Services, demonstrating empathy, patience, and confidence during client-facing meetings. Key Responsibilities Complete all project tasks timely, including installation and configuration of Windows Servers, peripherals, network, and storage devices. Develop, document, and maintain installation procedures. Communicate project statuses and planned changes/outages to internal teams and clients. Mentor technical staff and provide design recommendations to the vCIO team. Participate in project kick-offs, reviews, and post-implementation evaluations. Required Skills Experience with Windows and Mac OS desktops, Windows Server deployment, and Office 365. Knowledge of mail flow troubleshooting, VPN, Active Directory, and Group Policies. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, backup/recovery software, and networking hardware. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or higher; 5+ years relevant experience. IT certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP. Experience with MSP tools like ConnectWise or Kaseya. Valid driver’s license and vehicle access.
