NOW HIRING: Industrial Painters

Location: Orlando, FL

Pay: $18 $25/hr (Based on Experience)

At Smart Inc. , we specialize in delivering high-quality attraction and industrial services. We're currently seeking skilled Industrial Painters to join our growing team. If you have a keen eye for detail, experience with spray painting, and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Paint sheet metal components and other surfaces using various techniques
Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming
Operate and maintain painting tools and equipment (brushes, rollers, airbrushes, spray guns)
Apply catalyzed paints and perform spray work with precision
Use viscosity cups and thickness gauges to ensure proper paint application
Safely dispose of chemical waste and maintain a clean work environment
Follow all safety protocols, including the use of PPE such as goggles and respirators
Perform touch-ups and polish metallic surfaces as needed
Ensure proper ventilation and drying conditions after painting

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Experience with spray guns and industrial painting techniques
Familiarity with technical machinery and painting tools
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be safety-conscious and reliable
