EX Venture Academy is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and organizational development. You will work closely with our team to help shape the employee experience, while enjoying the vibrant and inspiring atmosphere of Bali. This 4 to 6-month unpaid internship is a great opportunity for individuals seeking to start their HR career and make a real impact in a fast-growing company. What You’ll Do:

• Ÿ“‘ Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting candidate follow-ups.
• Ÿ¤ Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and a great first impression.
• Ÿ’¬ Help manage employee engagement activities and internal communication to maintain a positive work culture.
• Ÿ“ Contribute to HR projects such as performance management, training, and development initiatives.
• ŸŒ Assist in organizing events, workshops, and company activities that enhance team collaboration and morale.
• Ÿ” Support HR administration, including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• ŸŽ“ Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Ÿ’¬ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
• Ÿ§ A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field.
• Ÿ“Š Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ÿ’» Familiarity with HR software or systems is a plus, but not required.
• ŸŒ Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
