\nThermo King is hiring a Control Systems Engineering Manager to join our team as a leader of Controls Engineering Professionals! This team is responsible for overseeing design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Control systems through the entire product lifecycle and is a key interface to global product line Engineering teams. Leveraging extensive product knowledge, the Control Systems team maximizes product value through design of the user experience and leading development of Controls specifications and feature/function definitions with a key focus on modularity and reusability. The team is also responsible for Controls work prioritization while effectively managing multiple concurrent programs to meet Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets for global refrigeration and mobile HVAC applications. The team uses agile development processes to manage their work. Control systems developed by this team will play a key role in driving progress in sustainability of our products and to help meet our company’s goals.
\nA successful candidate will be responsible for driving technology, architectural and other improvements in our product roadmap and development processes that will impact the broader organization. Additionally, the Control Systems Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing the team including recruiting new talent, mentoring team members, promoting their careers, as well as directly contributing to Control systems development alongside their team members.

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $120,000 – $175,000
Total compensation for this role will include a incentive plan.
