Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Blood Bank Registered Medical Technologist Team Lead for a large hospital in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ASCP certification, and at least 4 years of experience in a blood bank setting. This role is critical in ensuring the safety, accuracy, and efficiency of our blood bank operations. As a Lead, this person will help train and mentor other team members as well as help coordinate schedules/shifts.
