Description The 2025 ATSG Summer Internship Program is a structured 10-week initiative designed to provide college students with hands-on experience across ATSG and its subsidiary companies. While some positions may be listed under specific ATSG business units, all internships are part of our company-wide program, offering a unified experience that includes professional development, mentorship, and networking opportunities. Interns will work within their assigned subsidiaries while benefiting from ATSG's overarching structure, resources, and program events. About This Internship The Human Resources Intern at ABX Air Inc. will gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, including policy development, job description standardization, and recruitment practices. ABX Air, a subsidiary of Air Transport Services Group (ATSG), specializes in air cargo transportation and aircraft operations, supporting a diverse workforce across multiple operational areas. This internship provides an opportunity for students pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Labor Relations, or Training & Development to develop critical skills in HR operations, compliance, and talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in formatting and updating company policies to ensure compliance and clarity.
• Support the standardization of ABX job descriptions across various departments.
• Work closely with the ABX recruiting team to gain hands-on experience in candidate screening, orientation, and onboarding.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the workforce, including potential job candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, or Training & Development.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and ability to learn HR management systems.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and external candidates.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Prior experience or coursework in recruiting, policy development, or HR compliance.
• Familiarity with HR software and file management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
